Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Registration is open for 2026-2027 school year

The 2026-2027 online registration is now open.  If you know of any families, that do not already have a child in Pre-Primary, but will be turning 5 years old by December 31, 2026, please encourage them to register online at https://www.hrce.ca

Registrations in February help to prepare for staffing allocations for the coming school year.  Please note, if your child is already in a Pre-Primary program at an HRCE school you do not have to complete a registration form for Primary.
