Important dates 

For elementary: Please note that Friday, March 7 is an Assessment & Evaluation Day. There are no classes on this date for elementary and junior high students.  

Tuesday, February 18: Winter Day (wear a winter sweater, winter hat, scarf- anything winter) 

Wednesday, February 19: Sports Day (wear a sport jersey, sport uniform, etc.) 

Thursday, February 20: Hat Day (wear your favorite hat or make a hat) 

Our Home and School Association is organizing a magic show at WBS. Tickets can be purchased at SchoolCash Online. 

All schools will dismiss students early today, Thurs., Feb. 13, 2025 due to weather. For more info, visit hrce.ca.

WBS students will all dismiss at 12:15.

African Heritage Month in Nova Scotia, celebrated each February, honours the contributions of African Nova Scotians.  

Our Home and School Committee is organizing another Domino's pizza fundraiser to raise money for WBS events. If you're able to, please try to support the fundraiser on Feb. 5. Lets beat our sales from last time!
